Based in the beautiful cathedral city of Ely, Cambridgeshire, I provide social media marketing support to small businesses, start-ups, blog writers and individuals. I am also qualified in proofreading, copy editing and copywriting...basically anything word-related.

Hi, I am Charlotte, and I love what I do. Yes, I'm a bit of a word nerd. Words are my thing, and I enjoy helping people create social media posts and text that not only look professional but also stand out. I am a self-confessed social media addict and know exactly what gets the right kind of attention from your target audience.
My background is account management, property management and social media marketing. Over the past 20+ years, I have worked for many companies, both corporate and start-up, broadening my skills with each new project. I have written and edited many different documents during my career, from lengthy property disputes to marketing material for small to medium-size businesses. I have also written a crazy amount of product descriptions and case studies.
In my free time, I love to escape with a good thriller book; I am a massive Freida McFadden fan! I also enjoy time with my partner and two young children in the beautiful city of Ely in Cambridgeshire. We often spend our weekends seeking out secret hideaways in the woods before finding a pub to enjoy a carvery and a glass of chilled wine. I also survive on coffee. They are my guilty pleasures.
